We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Social Media & Content Manager to take ownership of organic (and ideally paid! ) social and content across a multi-site property portfolio. This role suits someone who has worked in fast-paced, location-led environments such as hospitality, retail, leisure, venues, property or customer-facing brands with multiple locations.
The Social Content and Influencer Manager will
Own and deliver the organic social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn (and emerging platforms where relevant)
Create, shoot and edit short-form video and static content on the ground across multiple sites
Manage and publish a rolling content calendar, balancing brand-level storytelling with hyper-local content
Build engagement and community through active community management
Support paid social by producing high-performing creative in partnership with digital teams or agencies
Track performance and provide clear, actionable insights on reach, engagement and growth
Work closely with on-site teams to surface stories, events and customer moments at scale
What We’re Looking For
4+ years’ experience in a social media or content role
Some experience working in a multi-site or location-led environment (e.g. hospitality, retail, leisure, property, venues)
Strong hands-on content creation skills (video, photo, editing)
Deep understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn best practice
Comfortable working at pace, juggling multiple locations and stakeholders
Confident working autonomously and can "parachute" in a contract or interim capacity immediately
