We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through effective management of our sales team and the implementation of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in B2B sales, and experience of direct response marketing.
Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
Track sales activities to understand ROI
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimise results.
Manage a sales team of four people and.a team of marketers - video, PPC, graphics etc
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Manager email, direct mail, PPC and video marketing to achieve the company's goals
Increase attendance on webinars and live events
