José Pizarro Group — led by Jose Pizarro, considered the godfather of Spanish cuisine — is looking for an experienced, self-driven Marketing Manager to lead and deliver our marketing strategy across all brands and locations. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives on autonomy, spots opportunities across the business, and can drive measurable results across multiple channels.

We’re looking for a dynamic professional with strong hospitality and restaurant marketing experience, excellent project ownership, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with all departments, including events.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver the full marketing strategy across all brands.

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, PR, email, events).

Own content creation and brand storytelling across platforms.

Track performance metrics and optimise for ROI.

Manage budgets, agencies, and external partners.

Support cross-department projects, including events and openings.

Desired Skills & Experience

3–6+ years in marketing, ideally hospitality.

Strong PR, social media, SEO, and analytics experience.

Excellent communicator and confident project owner.

Data-driven, creative, and commercially minded.

Able to work independently and deliver results.

Budget management and stakeholder coordination experience.

Education & Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Professional certifications (e.g., CIM, digital marketing) are an advantage.
